I wonder if any other readers of the County Times have also noticed the increased noise and air traffic over Roffey?
Sunday July 8 was particularly unbearable with planes flying over every minute from around 5.50am for several hours and meant I was unable to sleep.
This week appears to have been no different – with significant numbers of jet aircraft low flying overhead in Roffey, making significant noise.
I was under the impression that Gatwick Airport was committed to flying aircraft over non-populated areas.
Where was the consultation with residents of Roffey about what appears to have been changes to the flight paths of international flights into and out of Gatwick?
I wondered if other readers have experience of this and also what compensation is available, as well as what action we as residents can take to stop this noise pollution.
