During the HDPF hearing by the Planning Inspector, a number of councillors came to the table in support of residents, none of whom was from the ruling Group. No doubt that was due to application of the party whip.
However two members of the public who did make strong representations against the HDPF, now seem to want to join the Tory Group on HDC.
Has it not occurred to them, that had they been members of that Group, they would have been prevented from representing their residents?
It is difficult to understand why they want to join that Group?
