Horsham Blueprint supports the views expressed in the Horsham Society, Opinion article published in the WSCT 7th Jan, 2016.
This highlighted challenges for Horsham in the year ahead such as the Shelley Fountain no longer working, Piries Place needing rejuvenation and visual improvements to the unattractive main vehicular entry to the Carfax through Blackhorse Way.
Blueprint has been set up under the Government Localism Act to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan for the unparished areas of Horsham which includes the town centre.
We have already started collecting information for the Neighbourhood Plan which is to be written for consultation by the end of 2016.
Many comments have been made about the state of the town centre and the need for some TLC!
We have put photos on our website at: horshamblueprint.stickyworld.com where readers may add their views on how to improve the town centre.
These will be used to help shape our Plan, identifying policies and projects that are supported by residents and businesses alike.
