Horsham Salvation Army thanks

ON BEHALF of The Salvation Army in Horsham we would like to express our sincere thanks to all those who nominated us as the charity of the year in the County Times Community Awards. We feel very honoured to be recognised in this way, and are totally committed to continue to serve this district.

We would also like to thank the many volunteers who have engaged in door to door collections for our annual appeal, which in this district alone has seen us raise £10,000 towards our national collections. This supports our ongoing social and community services and programmes in the UK - the largest of such in this country after the government.

Finally, we would like to express a large thanks to all the schools, churches and other organisations who have donated tins, packet food and toiletries from their Harvest Celebrations. This enables us to continue to provide food for those in need throughout the week and at our Hope In Community Services. We are blessed to work and serve within this town, and thank those who make this possible. May God bless you all, big time!
