Helping the hospice

EVER wanted a bigger audience for your herbaceous borders?

Every year, dozens of private garden owners help support the work of St Catherine’s Hospice by opening their gates to the general public, raising £18,000 in vital income that supports end of life care for patients and their loved ones when they need it most.

We would love more gardens from Horsham for our programme this summer. Already we have ten signed up and you can find out more online at www.stch.org.uk.

In the words of one local resident who opens her garden every year, “it’s very exciting being able to share my garden with so many people.

“I am always so energised about making sure the garden is ready for its open days, and the rewards are wonderful.”

Whatever style or size garden you may have, if you take pride in your work and would like to share it with others while helping the local community, please contact me.
