Cranleigh garden cetre announce magical plans for festive season

Notcutts Garden Centre in Cranleigh is preparing for lots of festive fun this winter, giving shoppers the chance to join Santa in his horse-drawn sleigh and capture the true wonder of Christmas with a host of exciting in-store activities including Notcutts’ ever-popular photo board, the perfect memoir to capture your family day out.

But it doesn’t stop there, children can also submit their Christmas wish lists in Notcutts’ special post box, only to receive a personalised reply from Santa a week later.

Santa and his little helpers have been very busy getting ready for Christmas, but there is still time for the children of Cranleigh to get their letters to the North Pole at the Notcutts Garden Centre in Cranleigh.

Local children will get the opportunity to write their letter on the special postcard provided in-store and pop it into the Notcutts Garden Centre in Cranleigh post box free of charge.

Santa will personally reply to all of the letters after seven days, so the children can come back to the centre and check for their reply from Santa hanging on the Christmas tree!

In addition, one lucky child will find a golden ticket hidden within their letter from Santa, which they can exchange for a magical prize for the whole family to enjoy over the festivities.

There are also four silver tickets waiting to be hidden so hurry and get your letters to Santa before the 15th December to be in with a chance to win!

With Santa’s magnificent grotto set to return to Cranleigh this year, Notcutts Garden Centre is opening its doors to local boys and girls who want to visit Father Christmas’ snowy winter wonderland and tell him what they would like to receive in their stockings this year – that’s if they have been good of course!

The grotto will open on Sunday 18th November and will be welcoming children until Christmas Eve - so fret not, for there is plenty of time to get those wish lists to Santa. Shoppers will need to book their visits in advance, simply visit the store to making a booking.

Visits to the Grotto cost £5.99 and further details can be found in-store or at notcutts.co.uk

The boys and girls of Cranleigh are invited to come for breakfast or tea with Santa* where they will have the chance to meet him in person whilst enjoying some delicious festive treats.

The children will receive a special gift, and Father Christmas will share his magical Christmas stories for all to enjoy.

Priced at £10 per child, tickets are now on sale and people are advised to book early in store at Cranleigh to avoid disappointment. The full menu will be available in store and online.

Children must be accompanied by an adult who does not need to buy a ticket and can purchase breakfast or light refreshments from the normal menu.
