The Sussex Country Fair will once again grace the beautiful grounds of Parham Park this summer.

It comes billed as ‘the perfect weekend get-a-away for field sports enthusiasts and families during the summer holiday’.

A spokesman said: “One of the fastest growing outdoor events in the southern counties, the Sussex Country Fair retains its family appeal while still delivering superb traditional field sports displays and a host of have-a-go activities for all to enjoy.

“Home to the beautiful Parham Estate, Parham Park also provides a fantastic dwelling in which to showcase 2013’s impressive line-up.

“Among the many attractions this year, Parham welcomes established jousters the Knights of Middle England, Ye Olde Redtail Falconry, Cyril the Squirrel and all-new wood cutting display team, Adam’s Axemen as well as a fine selection of live music and some children’s entertainment, world-class demonstrations and a variety of stationary engines for that bit of history and tradition.

“If you’re after some world-class competitions, the Sussex Country Fair also plays host to qualifying rounds in the all-new Great Wall Motor World Series Clay Shooting and Great Wall Motor World Series Gundog Championship.”

The fair runs on June 15 and 16; tickets on 0845 230 5175.
