Woodland wrecked in Plummers Plain blaze
A large area of forest was destroyed in a fire at Plummers Plain yesterday (Tuesday April 1).
Firefighters were called to a forest area off the B2110 at Plummers Plain, near Lower Beeding, just after 6pm.
Around 40 square metres of woodland were ruined in the blaze.
The fire service says the cause of the incident is unknown.
