The freehold of Wabi Horsham has been put up for sale with a reported price tag of £1.35million.
The East Street Japanese restaurant opened in 2008 in the former Horse and Groom pub.
It is believed the restaurant will continue to run as normal.
A spokesperson for Davis Coffer Lyons, a London-based property agent responsible for selling the freehold, said: “We have been appointed to sell the freehold of the unit currently occupied by Wabi to the occupier.
“It is our understanding that the restaurant will continue to operate as normal.”
