There were tears of joy and a host of celebrations as the West Sussex County Times Community Awards were held at the Capitol Theatre, Horsham, last night (Tuesday November 20).
Organised in association with Horsham District Council, the awards honour local residents who give so much to the community and make a positive difference to other people’s lives.
County Times readers have spent the past few months nominating people for the various categories and then voting for the award winners.
