VIDEO: Storrington’s air quality exhibition

An exhibition about air quality issues in Storrington has attracted thousands of visitors, says county councillor Frank Wilkinson.

He has been among the members of the Action Plan steering group who have manned the exhibition over the past two weeks at the former Wine Rack shop in Old Mill Square.

The display, which explains the various options being considered to address congestion in the village, has now moved to Storrington Library for its final few days.

Potential measures including speed and weight restrictions, and the use of traffic lights on main roads to control the flow of traffic into the village centre.

Members of the public are encouraged to leave their feedback in the suggestions box before the consultation closes on Friday March 15.
