It’s foodie heaven in Horsham today (Saturday August 31) as this year’s Big Nibble event gets underway.
Huge numbers have swarmed to the town centre to sample the culinary delights of Sussex and watch talented chefs in action.
Those visiting The Big Nibble in Horsham this weekend are undoubtedly anticipating the return of the ever-popular ‘Nibble Trail’ on Sunday 1 September.
The trail runs from 2pm to 4pm and those who have a golden voucher from last week’s West Sussex County Times should redeem it at the Event Control Point in the Carfax from 2pm.
The event programme printed in both the West Sussex County Times and Horsham Weekend Herald this week has stated the times as 12pm to 2pm, which is now incorrect.
Hopeful Nibble Trailers are advised to arrive early as only the first lucky 100 people to redeem their vouchers will be successful.
The Big Nibble weekend is organised by Horsham District Council in conjunction with Horsham Markets. There are plenty more events taking place over the weekend including a huge local produce market over both days, demonstrations as part of the ‘Live Food Show’, the Horsham Beer Trail, live music, street theatre, The Great Horsham Bake Off and much more.
