UPDATE: Two lorries crash on A23

Major delays were reported on the A23 after two lorries collided this morning (Tuesday December 8).

Emergency services were called to the A23 near Pyecombe at around 7.20am.

A police spokesman said no-one was injured in the crash.

A road block was put in place southbound while recovery vehicles attended the scene causing tailbacks for more than five miles.

The lorries were removed by 9am and the road was re-opened.
