HORSHAM Library will launch its new self-service terminals when it reopens next week after a period of closure for refurbishment.
The Bookstart Bear and children from Arunside School will be the first to use the new terminals when the library in Lower Tanbridge Lane opens its doors once again on Monday October 3.
Work has also been carried out to create a new dedicated computer area and a larger children’s library.
West Sussex County Council deputy leader, Lionel Barnard (Con, Henfield), who oversees the library service, will be attending the event.
He said: “I would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding while the valuable work to improve the library was carried out.”
