SAFETY and security advice will be on offer in a two day long ‘safety and security community engagement’ at Tesco in Broadbridge Heath.
On Thursday April 19 and Friday April 20 from 9am until 4pm, authority figures from Horsham will be on hand to advise on crime reduction, trading standards rights, and safety in the home and on the roads.
Horsham police and cadets will be on hand to offer help and advice on crime prevention and representative from Sussex Police Roads Policing Unit and Sussex Safer Roads will provide road safety advice.
Representatives from Horsham Young Person’s Alcohol Intervention Initiative will be providing advice on alcohol and its affects on young people.
Roy Millard, police community support officer for Broadbridge Heath and Warnham, said that he is also hoping that Horsham Police Cadets will be able to offer marking of mobile phones and digital cameras.
Horsham Fire and Rescue and Horsham District Council Representative will also be attending the two day event.
