Pregnant horse rescued from mud in Rusper
A pregnant mare was rescued after getting stuck in mud yesterday (Wednesday March 5) in Rusper.
Emergency services were called to farmland off Capel Road at 2pm.
The horse was raised to her feet by firefighters using animal rescue equipment and transported back to the stable yard.
The incident was then left with a vet and the horse owner.
