The Oasis is a registered charity that was set up by members of local churches in May 1997.

It has a team of around 40 volunteers providing a range of services to members of the local community:

- Free pregnancy testing

- Compassionate and independent advice and support to those facing decisions associated with unplanned pregnancy and pregnancy loss as a result of miscarriage, stillbirth or abortion.

- A teaching programme designed for schools, colleges and youth organisations. This is delivered to around 2,000 young people annually and addresses the choices and emotions associated with unplanned pregnancy, development of a baby in the womb and abortion laws.

- Provision of baby equipment and clothing to support families which are struggling financially. The Oasis accepts donations of good quality equipment (cots, prams, stair gates, baby baths, high chairs etc.) and clothing and ensures that items are in good order and clothes are clean before providing them free to clients calling at their store.

If you would like to donate any clothing or equipment please email store@theoasis.org.uk or call 01403 272723.

If you would like to financially support The Oasis Crisis Pregnancy Centre, donations can be made online by clicking thisthis link or sent to The Oasis CPC, 11 Queen Street, Horsham, RH13 5AA.

Please indicate if you are a taxpayer wishing to Gift Aid your donation as The Oasis, as a registered charity, is able to claim from HMRC 25p for every £1 donated.
