The deadline for responses to a survey to help improve Horsham District Council’s website has been extended to Friday 12 April to allow more people time to complete the survey during the Easter break.
Improvements to website will be taking place over the coming year with the aim to make the website clearer, simpler to use, and faster to find things and do business with the council.
As part of the redevelopment of the website, Horsham District Council is seeking views from residents to help improve the website for all users. Residents are invited to add their views about Horsham District Council’s website in a new prize draw online survey or to join a special website users group.
Horsham District Council’s website receives hundreds of thousands of visits each year on matters that could cover any of the over 130 different public services for local communities, including planning, street cleaning, refuse, parking, leisure facilities, public health, community safety and more.
The survey should only take around four minutes to complete and as an added incentive the Council will enter all completed surveys into a prize draw, with the winner receiving a gift voucher to the value of £50.
The closing date for the survey has now been extended to Friday April 12 2013. The draw will take place at noon on Tuesday April 162013.
Those who are interested in getting more involved in improving Horsham District Council’s digital services, and perhaps helping to test some of these in the coming months, are invited to contact Horsham District Council on firstname.lastname@example.org so that they can be contacted about becoming part of a special website user group.
Those interested in completing the prize draw survey can find it on the home page of the website at www.horsham.gov.uk
