A SOUTHWATER man who touched lives through his love of boxing and his family caravan business has died aged 73.

Robert ‘Bob’ Morris, who owned Roundstone Caravans in Southwater - which had been in the family for just over 80 years - died on February 4.

As chairman of the Horsham Amateur Boxing Club, his passion for the club and the sport led to the revamped gym being named after him.

The West Sussex County Times is putting together a full tribute to Bob for next week’s County Times. If you would like to contribute your memories email senior reporter Anna Coe on anna.coe@sussexnewspapers.co.uk or call 01403 751206.

Bob’s funeral will be on Friday February 18 with a memorial service at Southwater Parish Church at 11.45am.
