Horsham have added more firepower for their relegation run in with Trevor McCreadie agreeing to rejoining the club.

The former Hastings United striker re-signed for the Hornets on Friday along with midfielder Tom Vickers ahead of today’s home clash with Herne Bay.

The prolific McCreadie started the season on contract at Worthing before joining Peacehaven in December, while Vickers joins from Hastings.

McCreadie netted seven goals in 15 appearances for Horsham at the end of the 2012/13 campaign and is a proven goalscorer at Ryman League level.

The pair are interim bosses Anthony Storey and Cliff Cant’s eighth signings since taking over from Gary Charman.

A win at home this afternoon against Herne Bay could lift Horsham off the foot of the South Division table and would all-but seal the duo the permanent managerial role.

The pitch at Gorings Mead has passed an initial inspection and kick-off is 3pm.
