Richard Collyer Masons donated a cheque for £600 to Clic Sargent following their very successful Ladies Weekend at the Oxford Pillars hotel in Oxford.

Helen Farquharson, Clic Sargents fundraising manager from Brighton, received the cheque from Graeme and Caroline Constantine who were our hosts for the weekend.

Richard Collyer are a dedicated group of masons based in Horsham who have raised over £20,000 for charities over the last five years including local charities such as Action for Medical Research, Horsham and Southwater First Responders, Horsham Lifesavers Club, Desmond Anderson Autism unit, Springboard, QE2 Centre and National Charities including St John Ambulance, Haiti Earthquake appeal and Arthritis Research to name but a few.

Graeme said: “We decided to support Clic Sargent as it helps children and young people with cancer. Their mission is to change what it means to be diagnosed with cancer when you are young. They raise an awful lot of money for young people and we are happy to help. Anyone interested in what they do can find out by going onto their website www.clicsargent.org.uk”

Members of Richard Collyer and their families regularly undertake fundraising for Charities, anyone interested in finding out more about Masonry can look on www.richardcollyerlodge.org.uk for more information. We’d be only too pleased to hear from you!
