POLICE say a man has died after having a ‘suspected heart attack’ at the wheel of his car.
The accident happened on the A264 Five Oaks Road just after 9am this morning.
A Ford Focus being driven by a 63-year-old local man is believed to have come off the road and gone into a hedge. The driver died at the scene on the A264 at Slinford with the junction of Fullfords Hill.
No other vehicle was involved.
The A264 was closed for more than two hours while the incident was being dealt with.
A post mortem will take place this week, which will confirm the cause of death.
