Have your say

Are you or your colleagues planning to shave your heads or submerge yourselves in a bath of baked beans next week?

If a group or an organisation you belong to is organising a fundraising event for Children in Need on Friday, November 14 then we want your stories and have made it easier than ever before to send them in.

The West Sussex County Times is pioneering an online portal for those of you who wish to send in stories, photographs and video.

Our UGC (User Generated Content) Tool could not be simpler to use - simply visit our website at www.wscountytimes.co.uk and look for the invitation to share your story on the home page, then follow the straightforward instructions and your story will be delivered direct to our experienced team of journalists.

The aim of the UGC Tool is to make the life of you the contributor much easier and you have a guarantee that your submission will be seen and dealt with swiftly.

Blaise Tapp, the head of commissioned content for Sussex Newspapers, said: “This facility on our website is so simple to use that we are anticipating more and more of our contributors will use it in future. We are very lucky that we work in a patch where our readers want to help us make the news - this tool will make their lives easier.”
