Customers using Vodafone and Orange have experienced multiple problems over the past few weeks in and around Horsham Town.
Vodafone customers in Slinfold, Warnham, Broadbridge Heath and Horsham Town have reported problems, while Southwater residents also complained of Orange signal outage.
Orange said their network customers in Southwater had experienced disruption to mobile phone signal since May 29.
An Orange spokesperson said: “We are aware that a number of Orange customers in Southwater, West Sussex have reported a change in network coverage.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are currently doing all we can to investigate. We would advise customers that experience any coverage impact to contact customer services so that we can discuss their circumstances on a case by case basis.”
Meanwhile a spokesperson for Vodafone said: “We have had problems with accessing a local mast over the past few weeks to carry out repairs but service was fully restored yesterday. We apologise for the inconvenience our customers have experienced.”
Twitter user @PicciesFromAbov said: “Have not had any Vodafone reception here at home for over three weeks now...normal service will be resumed!”
