VIDEO: South Downs candidates discuss climate change in Steyning

RESIDENTS and students gathered at Steyning Grammar School on Wednesday evening to hear their Arundel and South Downs parliamentary candidates debate climate change.

Conservative candidate Nick Herbert, UKIP's Stuart Bower, Liberal Democrat Derek Deedman and Labour's Tim Lunnon were put under the spotlight by an inquisitive audience and a large selection of first-time voters.

The evening was organised by the Steyning Climate Action Campaign and chaired by Richard Burge, chief executive of Wilton Park.
