Campaigners have poured out in force to protest against plans for 2,500 new homes and a business park in North Horsham this evening (Wednesday April 30).
Linda Southcott, 64, of North Horsham, said: “We feel that the number of houses in the area already being built is more than enough for a small market town to cope with.
“The impact on doctor’s surgeries and schools is just too much.”
Horsham District Council’s Full Council will decide whether or not to approve the Horsham District Planning Framework Proposed Submission as its policy for planning for housing and economic growth up to 2031.
It includes proposals for 2,500 homes and a new business park north of Horsham, plans which have attracted huge controversy since their announcement last July.
