VIDEO: New year’s resolution to become a busker
Daryl-Paul Anderson, 26, was found singing on the streets of Horsham today (Thursday January 10) after he quit his full-time career and made a new year’s resolution to become a busker.
The Crawley resident said he had grown frustrated with ‘having his soul sucked out of him’ in a job he hated,
He said: “I would say it’s not for everyone. I just like the freedom and I don’t really care what other people think of me.
“I think someone gave me money because they thought I was homeless which I thought was funny but some people might be upset by that.”
Daryl-Paul’s close friend Dave Trettin, 30, from Bewbush, has busked with his guitar for three years and is helping him find his feet in the career move.
