Upper Beeding man to take Prime Minister to court again
A UKIP activist from Upper Beeding is taking Prime Minister Gordon Brown to court for the second time.
Stuart Bower says it is unlawful for Parliament or the Crown to allow a foreign government to impose laws or taxes upon the UK.
His claim for judicial review is based upon the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Act of Settlement 1701.

In a statement of facts presented to the High Court of Justice Mr Bower said: "These two documents give the British people an absolute right to be governed by the British Parliament and no one else.
"Parliament is charged under these two documents to protect those rights and liberties for all time."
Mr Bower previously brought a legal challenge against Gordon Brown for signing the Treaty of Lisbon without a referendum.
The case was thrown out in February this year, after the PM's lawyers successfully argued that a manifesto commitment was not legally binding.
