Two-car collision blocks road

TWO CARS were involved in a collision Saturday lunchtime (June 14).

Traffic was prevented from travelling along Farthings Hill, Horsham, following the incident at around 1pm.

Two fire appliances, a rescue tender, police cars and paramedics attended the scene, though no one was trapped.

The police helicopter briefly flew over.

Firefighters left the scene at around 1.45pm, leaving the incident with police and ambulance crews.

Traffic coming into and leaving Horsham had to take alternative routes while the emergency services were in attendance.
