Teen in court charged with murder
A TEENAGER from Horsham has appeared in court charged with murder, following an incident at a party.
Richard McGarvey Martin, 18, of Heath Way, appeared in Crawley Magistrates' Court today (Monday November 5).
He has been charged with murder and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Prosecutor Simon Drew said two alleged victims were injured, one of them fatally, at a party in Gorringes Brook, Horsham, on Saturday (November 3).
Martin was remanded in custody until November 19, when he is due to appear at Lewes Crown Court.
