Taxed
Sunday, February 19, 2012 at 07:56 AMAnd the number in decent jobs keeps falling as the top employers shift work to India etc. Horsham was once prosperous. Now the only idea HDC has is to build thousands of council houses. What a wonderful picture that is. HDC needs to attract good employers then people won't need council tax payer subsidised housing.
