New Horsham district police commander's mission
HORSHAM'S new district commander, Chief Insp Mark Trimmer, will make it his mission to continue to reduce crime rates but, importantly, will also focus on tackling people's fear of crime.
He said: "Crime has gone down overall, particularly anti-social behaviour, but I do not think the actual perception has gone down."
