Man seriously injured in Woodmancote accident
A man was seriously injured when his car left the road in Woodmancote last night (Thursday November 29).
At 11.40pm on the B2116 Albourne Road, a blue Renault Megane left the road and hit a tree.
The 61 year old West Chiltington man driving the car, the sole occupant, was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital with serious life threatening injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and in particular would like to talk to two men who stopped at the scene to assist before the emergency services arrived.
