Man pleads guilty to 17 child sex offences
A 68 year old man has admitted a string of sex offences, going back to the 1980s, against three young people in Horsham.
Terence Paremain, of Burdett Road, Crowborough, appeared in Brighton Law Courts on Friday and admitted ten counts of indecent assault, two of indecency with a child, and five of a more serious sex offence.
He denied another serious sex offence, and the charge was left to lie on the file.
Judge David Rennie said: “There needs to be an assessment of dangerousness, in view of the number of victims.”
He adjourned sentencing for four weeks while psychiatric reports are prepared.
