Indecent exposure at Lower Beeding bus stop
HORSHAM police have released an efit of the man wanted after exposing himself to a woman waiting at a bus stop in Lower Beeding on Thursday January 12.
The incident took place in Sandygate Lane at 10.55am.
A small dark vehicle - believed to be a Renault Clio - pulled up beside the woman and a man asked her for directions to the nearest petrol station.
He then asked her to perform an indecent act, at which point she noticed his trouser zip was undone.
The man then drove off towards Mannings Heath.
Offers describe the man as between 35 to 40 years old, white, with short mousey hair which is not receding, well spoken with a local accent and wearing smart clothes.
Police are now appealing for witnesses.
PS Sarah Friend said: “This appears to be a one-off isolated incident and investigations are underway to identify and trace the man responsible.
“Anyone with information regarding the man in question can contact us on 101 quoting serial number 0444 12/01/12.”
