Horsham's world custard pie challenge success - video
THE WORLD'S largest custard pie fight took place in Horsham Park today (Sunday May 31).
More than 250 children aged between three and 13 took part in the messy record-breaking event held as part of this year's Kidz Stuff Festival.

The fight saw 1,250 flans containing 570 litres of real custard laid out in the arena.
An ecstatic and custard covered 11-year old Joshua Jupp said: "It was better than I thought.
"The pies are really disgusting but it was definitely worth it."
Organiser Adam Proto hailed the splat-tastic event as 'brilliant'.
Wiping pieces of pie off him, he said: "It was better than I imagined.
"This is what Kidz Stuff is all about – it is being silly and enjoying yourself."
He added: "I think next year I will dream up something else to do.
"Kidz Stuff is all about different things. It was monster trucks last year and the biggest custard pie fight this year.
"Perhaps we will break another record next year."
The Guiness World Record staff adjudicated the pie fight and made sure the pie fight lasted more than a minute.
The successful fight left previous world attempts standing – including a pie fight held in March at the University of Birmingham which saw just over 200 students take part.
