Dancers from Horsham Salsa shocked onlookers in the town centre by breaking into an ‘impromptu’ flash mob in Horsham town centre last Saturday (March 29).

A few couples began to dance when Latim rhythms began playing in the Forum, but were quickly joined by others until there were 13 dancing pairs.

A crowd emerged to watch the dancers, before they stopped dancing as quickly as they started, seamlessly blending back into the crowd.

The salsa group’s flash mob was performed on the same day as flash mobs in 66 countries and 198 cities, which is potentially a world record.

Horsham Salsa has been teaching dancers in Horsham for the last eight years.

Classes are held every Wednesday in Chameleon nightclub, Horsham, at 8pm. There is no need to book.
