Peace Party member Jim Duggan, who has stood as a Horsham parliamentary candidate in several general elections, is trying his chances in the Eastleigh by-elections on Thursday February 28.

The position was made vacant after the resignation of former Liberal Democrat MP Chris Huhne following his guilty plea to a charge of perverting the course of justice.

Mr Duggan is up against 13 other candidates including those from the Monster Raving Loony Party, Christian Party, Liberal Democrats, Labour, Conservative and UK Indpendence Party.
