An innovative clean energy firm in Horsham, which had ambitions to grow into a market leading FTSE 250 listed company, is facing closure with 100 jobs at risk.

Ceres Power, based in Foundry Lane, Horsham, and with a further technology facility in Crawley, faces a difficult future.
