Homelessness charity Amber appeals for bicycles
The Amber Foundation at Farm Place, just outside Ockley has launched an appeal for bicycles.
The centre for homeless young people aged 17-30 is situated in a semi rural location with very limited public transport facilities. Cycling is therefore a favoured means of getting about within the local community and helps keep costs to a minimum when needing to access local railway stations at Horsham and Ockley.
Any donation of new or second hand bikes and cycling helmets would be greatly appreciated. If anyone is able to help, please contact the community fundraiser, Rachel Bartlett on 07879 415716 or email rachel.bartlett@amberweb.org
