Former young offenders to showcase work
TEN former young offenders from West Sussex will showcase on Friday the work they created during an intensive six-week multi-media course designed to stop them returning to crime.
They are holding an exhibition of their work at Horsham Youth Centre, in Hurst Road between 7pm-9pm.
The course, which was run by West Sussex Youth Offending Service (YOS), was designed to improve numeracy and literacy as well as build on skills that will enable the young offenders to move into college or find employment.
