An application has been submitted this week to build four houses on land at the Londis store, Worthing Road, Southwater.
The application also seeks permission for a one bedroom flat above the retail unit and five car parking spaces. If granted permission there would be two three-bedroom and two two-bedroom terraced houses on site.
