Doctor Who Dalek designer Ray Cusick dies

The Horsham man behind one of the most famous villains in cult science fiction - Doctor Who’s Dalek - has died.

Former BBC designer Ray Cusick died at the age of 84 after suffering a heart failure on Thursday (February 21).

The Daleks became the iconic villains in TV series Doctor Who, which was due to mark its 50th anniversary this year.
