Wildlife charity ‘Care for the Wild’ is taking part in a the ‘Big Give Christmas Challenge’ in December in a bid to double its money to help UK wildlife.
The Horsham charity will be hosting a Santa’s Wildlife Grotto at its office in Brighton Road between 10am and 3pm on Saturday December 8, offering visits to Santa plus carol singing, face painting and a children’s competition.
They will also be working with local businesses to raise as much money as possible between December 6 and December 8 .
Care for the Wild CEO Philip Mansbridge said: “We love wildlife in this country but the animals face numerous threats.
“The money raised by the Big Give Christmas Challenge will be invaluable in offering vital help, especially with winter coming on.”
