Charity hosting open evening
A HORSHAM charity is to host an open evening to show people what they do.
Care for the Wild is inviting the public to a showcase at its new home on Brighton Road next Thursday, February 23.
People can drop in and learn more about the animal welfare and conservation charity, which supports wildlife protection projects in the UK and around the globe.
Philip Mansbridge, the charity’s chief executive, said: “We’re looking to build our local volunteer base, and there are many ways everyone can help, all of which will make a massive difference.
“We really look forward to meeting as many people as possible on the day – so please do pop in and say hi.”
The event will take place at 72 Brighton Road, Horsham, 5pm until 8pm.
