Cash boost for village hall
BARNS Green village hall is to be spruced up thanks to grants from O2 and the Gatwick Airport Community Trust.
O2 have donated 685 towards loft insulation and Gatwick Airport Community Trust have paid 750 towards a new secure entry system.
Meanwhile the Barns Green Art Exhibition, which is celebrating its 40th Anniversary, will be held from July 20-26.
Entry is free but to aid the village hall the organisers will be selling raffle tickets, programs and refreshments.
