Cables worth £35,000 stolen

COPPER cabling valued at £35,000 was stolen from a business in Wiggonholt, near Pulborough, say police.

A Ford Transit pick-up worth about 10,000 was also stolen during the raid at Southern Cranes and Access Ltd at Winterfields Farm.

Police are examining CCTV footage of the burglars and are appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on August 27 at around 2am.
