Boy assaulted at Roffey fish and chip shop
A MAN has been cautioned for battery after an incident at the Codfather fish and chip shop in Fitzalan Road, Roffey yesterday (Thursday).
Police were called after a report of a 17-year-old boy being assaulted at the location.
They arrested a 36-year-old man from Horsham on suspicion of common assault. He was taken to Crawley custody where he accepted the caution, a police spokesman said.
The boy suffered minor injuries, but declined medical treatment, he added
