Air ambulance lands in Southwater school's playground to treat woman with asthma

An air ambulance landed at a school in Southwater on Thursday (April 21) and a woman was taken to hospital.

Paramedics were called to reports of a woman suffering from asthma at Southwater Junior School at about 11am.

The helicopter landed in the school playground, where it joined ambulance crews and a community first responder.

The woman was taken to Worthing Hospital by road for further treatment.
