Local residents were asked to give their thoughts and views on the future of Horsham to the forum who will afterwards create the Horsham Neighbourhood Plan.

In the past I have taken part in other local consultations where only a Hobson’s Choice or very limited options were presented to the public for ‘consultation’, usually only after all of the key decisions have been made.

Horsham District Council please take note.
